Shipping Policy

 

Due to the perishable nature of our product and our commitment to the highest quality, We are currently only offering US Shipping for Cupcake Jars.

All orders are shipped via USPS. We ship on Monday - Friday excluding holidays. We do not ship or deliver on weekends. Your least expensive shipping option is USPS Priority The shipping address you choose will determine if ground shipping is available.

We ship using the following methods.

• Priority (least expensive) - if the package can arrive within 3 days.

• 2nd Day Air.

• Next Day Air.

Cupcake Jars are Shipped Frozen and packed with dry Ice packs and each pint size jar is wrapped in bubble wrap. A comfirmation number will be sent once your order ships. Please note that jars are made to  order please allow 1 to 2 days for processing.

Due to the perishable nature of our products there are NO RETURNS AND NO REFUNDS.

If you are unsatisfied with your order or it was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of your ordering date.
