Once a Cake is completely baked or decorated no refunds will issued under and circumstances.

*****ORDERS MADE THE WEEK OF YOUR EVENT or less than 14 days prior to your event NEED TO BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS unless otherwise discussed.

After Order is fully paid NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE.
********A 30% deposit is due within 24 hours and the remaining balance is required no later than 6 days prior to event date in order to secure your order and event date. If payment is not received your order will be cancelled and your 30% deposit will be forfeited. ********All payments must be submitted via PayPal invoicing (Unless otherwise stated) There is a 7% tax added to all orders.

Refund Cancellation Policy
​
Often times, hand-made decorative elements of your order will need to be made in advance to give enough time for drying. Therefore, at least 4 full days or 96-hour notice is needed in order to cancel any custom order.

Cancellations requested within 4 full days or 96-hours, will result in a 50% fee as well as the 30% deposit will be retained by Dior’s Cupcakes. The remaining 20% of your order purchase price will be returned to you via paypal. (No Cash Refunds) If the order is cancelled at anytime your 30% deposit will be forfeited to Dior's Cupcakes to cover expenses related to your order. Failure to give 96 Hour notice will result in a 100% fee of total purchase price.

Products that are not picked up at the day customer selected during scheduled pick up hours, will not be refunded or be put on in-store credit.
Failure to pick up order at specified time will result in a $15.00 inconvenience fee (unless communicated 1 hour prior of any issues) which will need to paid at the time of pick-up. (It should be noted that many orders are being picked up and delivered on the same date if you are late or not at the delivery location that causes someone else’s order to be late please communicate if your running behind schedule).
